The Maria Del Pilar Quintana Family Center welcomes all newcomers and refugees from all over the world and provides assistance, referrals & education program to help eligible residents complete the application forms and the process to becoming citizens of the United States.

We Offer:

  • Assistance in completion of Citizenship/Naturalization application forms for adults and children
  • Referral and review of applications for disability waivers
  • Completion of Fee Waiver application forms for low-income applicants
  • Assistance/referrals for resolution of legal issues
  • Assistance in completion of U.S. passport application
  • Selective Service registration information: If you are a man between the ages of 18-26, you must register for the Selective Service and provide proof of your registration to USCIS
  • Assistance/translation of correspondence related to Citizenship  application
  • Referrals to other agencies if needed
  • Voter Registration for new citizens
  • Secure files
  • Applicant must be 18 years of age or older at the time of filing N-400 Application for Naturalization
  • Demonstrate continuous permanent residence in the United States for at least 5 years or 3 years (if married to a U.S. Citizen)
  • Show that you have lived for at least 3 months in the State or USCIS district where you claim residence
  • Show that you have been physically present in the United States for 30 months (18 if married to a U.S. Citizen)
  • Must visit the office to obtain a worksheet with all the requirements needed to apply
